Run by community volunteers. Not an official emergency service — in a life-threatening emergency call 999.

How it works

From stuck to sorted, step by step.

  1. 01

    Pin your location

Drag the map to your exact spot and add a nearby landmark so rangers can find you.

  2. 02

    Describe the situation

Terrain type, whether the engine is running, and whether your family is with you.

  3. 03

    Add photos

Clear photos show rangers what they are driving into and which gear to bring.

  4. 04

    Review and send

Check the details once, then submit. A nearby ranger takes the case and shares an ETA.
